1.Introduction

By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2.Services

Reshot provides professional media production services, including real estate photography, videography, virtual tours, floor plans, drone imagery, and agent branding content.

All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our team directly.

3.Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the service order through our platform.

Payment is due according to the terms stated at the time of booking.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot may incur a cancellation fee.

4.Intellectual Property

All media produced by Reshot remains the property of Reshot until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the media for marketing the specified property.

Reshot retains the right to use produced media in its portfolio and marketing materials.

5.Limitation of Liability

Reshot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6.Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.Changes to Terms

Reshot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
