We use a LiDAR-based measurement system to capture spaces quickly and with high accuracy.

02How accurate are your floor plans?

Our floor plans are measured with approximately 98% accuracy. Minor variations may occur because of building structure, inaccessible areas, furniture, or obstructions.

03Will the measurements match BC Assessment exactly?

Not always. Assessments may be outdated, while we measure the property as it exists on the day of the shoot.

04Can I use your floor plans for legal or architectural purposes?

No. These floor plans are intended for marketing and should not be used for legal documentation, construction, or architectural drawings.

05Do you provide AutoCAD or editable files?

No. Final deliverables are supplied as PDF and JPG files for MLS, websites, print, and marketing materials.

06How long does it take to create a floor plan?

Floor plans are typically delivered within 24 hours after the shoot.
